Sword of the Lord of the Rings, Andúril, Narsil, Aragorn, plaque

Sword of the Lord of the Rings, Andúril, Narsil, Aragorn, plaque
This magnificent replica of Andúril, the sword wielded by Aragorn in J.R.R. Tolkien's world in The Lord of the Rings, pays homage to the sword forged from the shards of Narsil, the symbol of the return of the King of Gondor.
The two-handed sword Andúril has a distinctive flowing guard, a black wrap-around hilt, and a massive pear on which are engraved the dwarven runes, "Narsil essenya, macil meletya; Telchar carnéron Návarotesse," meaning "Narsil my name, mighty sword; Telchar created me in Nogrod."
The blade of the sword Andúril is uncut, and on either side is engraved an inscription in Elvish, which reads, "Nányë Andúril i né Narsil i macil Elendilo. Lercuvanten i máli Mordórëo," which translates as "I am Andúril, who was Narsil. The slaves of Mordor flee from me."
Included is a wooden plaque that allows the sword to be elegantly hung on the wall.
The workmanship of the sword is precise, but it should be remembered that this is a replica intended primarily for collector and decorative purposes.
