Crosman 1077The American brand Crosman is one of the most popular CO2-powered air rifles. Thanks to its compact size and low weight of only 1 680g, the air rifle is suitable not only for adult shooters but also for children and adolescents. In the Freestyle edition with a grey stock and red accessories, it looks stylish.

The principle of the CO2 system: The bomb is inserted into the gun and mechanically sealed to the buttstock. When the trigger is pulled, the hammer hits the valve stem and the valve opens. This is where the CO2 gas starts to flow from the bomb, which propels the bullet out of the barrel.

The propellant in the form of CO2 gas is supplied from one standardized 12g CO2 cartridge, this is located in a sleeve under the barrel. One cartridge is sufficient for approximately 40-60 shots.

The Crosman 1077 Free Style  air rifle features a long rifled barrel. Combined with zero recoil after the shot, you can get really solid results on the target. For accurate shooting, you need to use quality 4.5mm diabolo ammunition.

The specialty of this air rifle is the 12-round fan magazine located in the loading box. Thus, there is no need to insert ammunition and reload for each shot. You can repeat firing by pulling the trigger again.

Standard sights help you aim at your target. The metal sight is adjustable and the sights are fixed on the 1077. The visibility of the sight is improved by the Tru-Glo technology - light guiding fiber. If the sights are not enough, you can mount a rifle scope or collimator on the air rifle thanks to the 11mm rail. 

An accidental shot safety, the so-called safety, can be found in the bow. The manual safety takes the form of a switch operated by pressing it from the right or left side.
