Beneath the heavy metal breech with integrated sight mount lies a threaded barrel (M14x1 on the left) with a locking head nut for mounting a suppressor or compensator. In addition to using the supplied collimator (Umarex RDS 8), a cover plate is included for mounting when using iron sights.

Picatinny bar allows attachment of tactical accessories such as flashlights and lasers. In addition, the magazine holder can be converted from left to right.

The trigger mechanism of the Walther PPQ M2 operates in Double Action mode, where pulling the trigger cocking the internal hammer and firing simultaneously.
