"It is your duty to be prepared" - that is the motto of the Walther P performance D pistol of the P range.

The construction of the Walther PDP pistol is made of a metal alloy combined with a durable polymer. The main parts of the pistol, such as the frame, barrel and slide, are made of metal, while the lower part is completed with a durable polymer to reduce the overall weight of the gun and create a more comfortable and firm ergonomic grip. 

The Walther PDP Compact pistol is powered by a CO2 12g bomb that is neatly concealed in the grip, maintaining the authentic look of the weapon. A single bomb can be used to fire over 100 shots. A metal ammunition magazine is also located in the handle and holds 16 pieces of 4.5mm steel BBB ammunition.

The trigger mechanism of the Walther PDP Compact air pistol is of the Double Action Only design. The pistol is semi-automatic, meaning that pulling the trigger results in one shot and pulling it again results in another.

Not only are there standard metal sights on the end of the gun, but also a module for adapters that allow the mounting of a collimator. Adapters are not included, but can be purchased as needed. Adapters are available for Vortex, Leupold, C-More and Trijicon collimators. The collimator supplied in the package can be mounted immediately.

To ensure against accidental firing, a so-called zip safety is located on the trigger. To deactivate the safety, the trigger must be pressed in the middle. There is also a manually switchable safety under the barrel, which is operated by moving it forward and backward, to completely disarm or secure the weapon for storage purposes, for example.
