Glock 17 Gen5 BlowBack Coyote air pistol
A faithful replica of one of Austria's most famous guns - the Glock. Umarex has been officially licensed to produce detailed replicas.
As with the original, the brown lower frame is made of durable polymer, while the slide and barrel are metal, ensuring an authentic look and feel when handled.
Powering the Glock 17 Gen5 BlowBack Coyote pistol is a CO2 cartridge (12g) that is inserted into a separate magazine. The principle of operation is simple: after inserting the cartridge and mechanically fixing it with a screw, the cartridge is tapped onto the valve stem. When the trigger is pulled, the firing pin opens the valve and releases a precise dose of CO2 that ejects the ammunition from the barrel .
This version is equipped with the BlowBack system, which realistically moves the breech of the gun when firing. After the magazine is fired, the slide remains in the rear position.
The front of the magazine is loaded with 4.5mm steel BB pellets, with a capacity of 18 shots. A spare magazine can be purchased separately.
The trigger mechanism of the Glock 17 Gen5 BlowBack Coyote operates in Double Action mode, which means there is no need to preload the internal hammer - just pull the trigger to fire. At the same time, the BlowBack system automatically tensions the hammer after each shot, providing a smoother, lighter trigger pull.
Safety is handled in the same way as the sharp version by a reed safety on the trigger. To deactivate it, it must be properly pressed in the middle. For additional safety, the pistol is equipped with a second manual safety under the barrel, which can be switched between lock and release.
