The combination of metal construction and polymer frame as in the firearm model resulted in a total weight of 750g. The pistol is very easy to hold and handle.

The Borner Special Force W119 air pistol has a magazine capacity of 12pcs of 4.5mm steel BB. The magazine also holds the propulsion which is provided here by CO2 gas supplied from a 12g cartridge. This cartridge can be purchased as an accessory. The package contains 1pc of this cartridge.

The trigger mechanism used in the Borner Special Force W119 pistol operates in Single Action mode. The first shot is fired by pulling the slide to the rear position, which pulls the hammer along with the hammer mechanism, and then releasing it forward. After the trigger is pulled, the shot is fired. The next pull of the trigger allows you to fire again thanks to the BlowBack system, which after the first one will recock the gun for you. This keeps the trigger short and light.

A safety against accidental discharge, called the safety, is located on the right side of the pistol body above the trigger in the form of a lever. This is operated by sliding it up and down to reveal or cover the red and white markings. If the red markings are visible, the gun is armed.
