The Snowpeak company is well known in the world for producing quality air rifles. In 2023, it is expanding its product range to include home defence guns. 

The Snowpeak Defender TR 50 11J revolver is on par with the Umarex TR 50 in quality.

The gun's alloy construction is polymer coated to reduce overall weight.

The trigger of the Snowpeak T4E TR 50 revolver is a CO2bomb that is inserted into the grip. The bomb is inserted into the grip and secured with a cap. Only when the gun needs to be pressurized does the cap need to be bumped under the handle and pressurization occurs

Rubber Ball ammunition is loaded into a separate wreath magazine that holds 6 of these balls. The TR 50 revolver magazines can also be ordered separately. 

The weapon has a trigger mechanism Double Action Only.

The so-called reed safety is located in the trigger guard.
