PRESSLUG CUT
Presslug Cut is made in Czech Republic on modern CNC machines, where high quality materials are used for long life. The toughest parts are made from black anodized EN AW 7075 alloy, while the shear housing and insert are made from hardened Toolox 44 tool steel.
Presslug Cut is an effective tool for easily cutting lead wire and making cylindrical blanks for slugs. This tool saves you the hassle of handling cockle and molten lead and delivers a fast, convenient and clean cut.

Using it is simple: adjust the length of the roller using the side scale in the range of 5-15 mm, secure the scale with an Allen wrench and set the lever to the middle position. Then pull the wire through the top hole and cut it using the lever mechanism.
The slug gauge depends on the diameter of the wire, which the Presslug Cut can use to prepare a cylindrical blank from 4.5 mm to 7.62 mm. The length can be easily adjusted from 5-15 mm.
