The Umarex T4E TP 50 11J pistol is not only for defensive shooting, but also for practicing gun handling and shooting in general. Although it is not intended for competitive target shooting, it can handle well shooting at cans and other target practice.
It's alloy frame is covered in polymer. Due to this design, the weight of the gun is favorably reduced. All technical solutions used in the production of T4E weapons by Umarex were chosen with regard to their durability, weight and quick readiness for use without unnecessary wear on the weapon system.
The Umarex T4E TP 50 uses a CO2 12g bomb as the propellant, which is inserted into the grip. The bomb is inserted into the handle and sealed. When the gun needs to be pressurized, just bump the bottom of the handle, which causes the gun to pressurize. This prevents unnecessary wear and tear on the gasket and valve, while making the gun ready for use immediately.
The principle of operation of the CO2 system is as follows: A small cartridge is inserted into the weapon, which is impaled on the stock by means of a mechanical closure. When the trigger is pulled, the hammer hits the valve stem and the valve opens. This starts a flow of CO2 gas from the vial, which pushes the bullet out of the barrel.
The Rubber Ball cal.50 ammunition is inserted under the barrel of the T4E TP 50 pistol. It can accommodate up to 6 balls.
The trigger mechanism of this pistol has a Double Action Only mode. When the trigger is pulled, a shot is fired.
This pistol is equipped with a safety against accidental discharge, called a jackshot safety. This safety is also used on Glock pistols. To unlock the gun and fire the shot, you must pull the trigger together with the safety reed.
