The Umarex MP9 c pistol is powered by a 12g CO2 bomb inserted into the pistol's magazine, which also serves as the ammunition for the Rubber Ball and has a capacity of 8 of these balls. T4E TPM1 pistol magazines can also be ordered separately.
Several types of .43 caliber ammunition are available. Rubber Rubber, Rubber Metal Steel, Pepper and Paintball Markings.
The trigger mechanism in the T4E Smith & Wesson M&P9c pistol has an SA - Single Action mode. The trigger does not retract the percussion mechanism. It is only there to trigger it. The trigger is softer as a result. Before the first shot, you pull the slide back and release forward. This extends the percussion mechanism. After the shot is fired, the hammer is automatically cocked by the Blowback system. The only thing you need to do to fire another shot is to pull the trigger. Just like a live firearm.
Inside the trigger you will find a safety against accidental discharge called the reed safety. This type of safety is familiar from Glock models. The trigger has to be pressed on the center along with the trigger reed to disarm the gun and allow a shot to be fired.
