Borner PDW50 14J Pistol
The new Borner PDW50 safety device provides both personal protection and property protection by firing .50 caliber rubber bullets. This pistol features an innovative design that combines an alloy base frame with a polymer casing. This design not only provides durability and strength, but also contributes to the overall weight reduction of the gun.
The actuator of this pistol is a CO2 bomb 12g, located in the grip. The mechanism of the bomb is simple: just insert the bomb into the grip and close it. At the moment when the gun needs to be pressurized, just hit the cap underneath the grip to pressurize the gun. This system minimizes wear and tear on the seals and valves of the gun while ensuring instant gun readiness.
The Rubber Ball ammunition is simply inserted under the barrel before the compression spring. The integrated magazine holds up to 6 .50 caliber Rubber Ball rounds, providing ample ammunition for potential defensive situations. In addition, alternative types of ammunition are available, such as pepper balls, which release a burst of technical pepper upon impact, or steel rubber balls with higher hardness.
An accidental discharge safety, known as a reed safety, is integrated directly into the trigger. To unlock the weapon and fire a shot, the trigger must be pulled along with the safety reed.
The trigger mechanism of the Borner PDW50 pistol operates in Double Action Only, which means that you simply pull the trigger to fire.
The Borner PDW50 pistol is not intended for defensive use only. While it is not suitable for target shooting, it can deal well with a variety of practice targets such as cans or other objects intended for training.
