The blade of the knife is made of German DIN 1.4116 stainless steel, hardened to a hardness of 56-58 HRC. This steel offers an ideal balance between durability, sharpness and easy sharpening. The length of the smooth-edged blade is 124 mm and its thickness is 2 mm. You can easily sharpen the knife on a whetstone or stone as required.

Recommendations and maintenance:
Never wash the knife in the dishwasher; instead, hand wash and dry it immediately to maintain its sharpness. Avoid using the knife as a crowbar, protect it from drops and knocks, and always store it in a safe place out of the reach of children.
