Beast Hunter Cobra AL4 80lb

The Beast Hunter Cobra AL4 80lb Crossbow is a pistol crossbow with a metal body and guide rails that is designed for recreational target shooting at 10-15m. Its fiberglass bow, which has a tensioning force of 80 lb, can develop arrow speeds up to 160 FPS.

Easy cocking of the Cobra AL4 crossbow is provided by a lever system called the Cobra System. By grasping the protrusion in the front and moving the lever towards you in the rear, the cocking mechanism will pull the barrel into the trigger lock mechanism. After the lever has been cocked, return the lever and insert the arrow. The crossbow is then ready to fire. Standard sights and a sight that is adjustable in both height and sideways position help with target acquisition.

The Cobra AL4 crossbow is best equipped with prescribed 6.5" arrows. There is also an accidental shot safety on the crossbow that is behind the bowstring catch. Moving the switch forward will release the safety and moving it back will lock it.

To prevent extreme wear on the crossbow, keep the bowstring greased at all times.
