The Barnett Wildcat is a traditional reflex crossbow that is designed for recreational shooting. Its reflective bow, which is inserted into the crossbow's muzzle with three bolts, can develop arrow speeds of up to 76 m/s (250 FPS). The crossbow reaches an overall length of up to 902 mm.
The Wildcat Crossbow body has an adjustable polymer stock that has an ergonomic design. There is a RIS rail on the crossbow for attaching a collimator or rifle scope. It also features a finger guard and an accidental discharge safety. The safety is deactivated only after inserting an arrow with a Halfmoon tip into the locking mechanism. The MIM Trigger system ensures smooth trigger operation.
To avoid extreme wear on the crossbow, keep the bowstring greased at all times.
