Exchange and return of goods

Are you afraid of buying goods over the internet? With us you don't have to! If the goods do not suit you or you are not satisfied, you are entitled to return or exchange the goods within 14 days of receipt.

 

However, there are a few rules to follow:

• The goods must be in 100% condition and must not show any signs of damage or wear.
• The goods must be in their original and undamaged packaging, including accessories, warranty card, instructions and manual.

 

If the customer fails to follow any of these simple rules, we reserve the right not to take back the goods or to pay only a partial refund (depending on the extent of the damage). Shipping costs to us are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Please send the goods to: Vladimir Marcis - Svet zbrani, Dukelska 760, 739 61 Trinec. Never send goods by cash on delivery! We only send money to the customer's bank account.
