Complaints
Are you worried about possible complications when claiming your goods? You don't have to! We handle all claims fairly, quickly and easily. We don't want to burden you with unnecessarily long forms and complicated terms and conditions, which you hardly know.
How do we handle claims?
1. Simply contact us by email: info@svetzbrani.cz or by phone: +420 775 760 500 and describe the problem or fault to us. We will also be interested in how you would like to resolve the complaint (replacement, repair or refund). Please have your order number ready to expedite communication.
2. After we approve your claim, please return the item with all manuals, instructions and warranty cards back to the original packaging and pack everything carefully. Now you just need to send us the prepared shipment to the following address: Vladimir Marciš - Svět zbraní, Dukelská 760, 739 61 Třinec. Never send us a COD shipment!
3. Once the shipment arrives to us, we will immediately check the defect. If the defect is acknowledged, we will promptly send you a new item or refund your money.
We have 30 days by law to resolve complaints. However, the vast majority of claims are resolved to the customer's satisfaction within a few days.
We only send any refunds or reimbursement of costs incurred in a claim to the customer's bank account.
