The construction consists of an alloy base frame, which is only subsequently covered with polymer. Given the considerable size and mass, this certainly reduces the overall weight favorably. All technical solutions Umarex in the manufacture of the T4E weapons have chosen to be durable, preferably weight acceptable and immediately available for use when needed without unnecessary wear and tear on the weapon system.
The TX 68 shotgun is powered by a single 88g CO2 bomb. They are inserted into a case overlaid on the shotgun stock. An adapter for 2 x 12g CO2 bombs will also be available. The moment the gun needs to be pressurized, just hit the cap at the rear of the stock and the gun will be pressurized. This system avoids the unnecessary wear on the seals and valve of the gun caused by constantly carrying the gun under pressure.
An accidental firing safety, called a safety, is located behind the trigger on the shotgun frame. It takes the form of a switch operated by pressing it from the right or left side. In order to load and reload, the shotgun must be unloaded and the trigger must be depressed.
Rubber Ball ammunition is loaded into a magazine under the barrel that holds up to 16 rounds of ammunition. The loading hole opens when the shotgun is cocked with its forearm. Moving the forearm back and forth reloads the shotgun. Hence the additive pumping shotgun.
The trigger mechanism has a single action mode in the case of the T4E TX 68 model. It is only responsible for the shot itself. The recoil of the percussion mechanism occurs during reloading.
Sighting will help you here, with the sight being fixed and the sight being adjustable in both elevation and sideways. The Umarex T4E TX pump shotgun is undoubtedly a tactical model with expandability, thanks to the 22 mm RIS rails present. It can be found both from above for possible mounting of a collimator or optics, and from below for feet or a flashlight or other tactical accessory.
