This is a classic breakaway air rifle: by breaking the barrel, you pull the spring, which releases when the trigger is pulled, driving the piston forward. This creates pressure, which then forces the ammunition out of the barrel.

The core of the air rifle Ekol Ultimate wood is set in a polymer stock in a wood finish that looks very realistic. The stock handle has a design finger recess for an even more comfortable grip.

Modern Tru-Glo sights will help you aim at your target. For the more demanding shooter, there is an 11mm rail on which you can mount a scope or collimator via a reducer.

An anti-accidental shot safety, called a safety catch, is on the Ekol Ultimate wood positioned in front of the trigger so that it is easily accessible. The safety is operated manually by sliding it forward and backward. Closer to the trigger it is locked, further from the trigger it is unlocked.
